The red train of Bernina
Train that climbs the mountain.

This spectacular itinerary which starts in Tirano, the final station of Italian train company FS of the train that comes from Milan and goes to St. Moritz. Bernina Express train reaches 70% gradient and goes to 2253m with view on Morteratsch glacier and Bernina group.

It is possible to go to the glacier by cable car which stops in front of the train station.
